All Fresh.....!!!

Well that’s the first batch of Apple Jelly made...
Veg the makings of some very nice soup...I had some stock from cooking pork and chicken ...really delicious flavor for soup..!
Some beetroot came in the box of veggies from the West at the weekend and my neighbor arrived with the bagful from her sisters garden yesterday...so next is pickled beetroot....!
Busy times in the kitchen...!!
