It’s Angus’ birthday today. Happy birthday!

I drop him at Carluke after lunch to go see a car. I head home for a strategy meeting - which I attend with camera and microphone off, so I can prepare beans for canning/freezing.

I meet Angus at the Salisbury Arms and head for dinner in St Patrick’s Square at Satoru. We share a deep fried gyoza and then he has katsu pork while I have a soupy tofu dish. Ask washed down with a very pleasant, chilled sake.

Next stop, Festival Theatre for James IV: Queen of the Fight. An interesting show, great set, good acting, fine moral. (extra)

Back at the Airbnb, I let Angus sleep in the bedroom, while i pass out on the sofa bed.
