Niemonjima and Japanese language learning

I ‘visited’ Niemonjima island in Chiba, Japan this afternoon…..via YouTube.  I love watching “rambalac” walking videos and this was a particularly good one - with this beautiful sunset.

I also got on well with some Japanese language learning on Duolingo this afternoon.  I really feel as though I am finally getting to grips with understanding sentence construction, which is very different from ours.  And I enjoyed it!

Stuart has been doing a lot of preparation work in the kitchen again ready for decorating it.  As I cook for lunch-time, the afternoon is the better time for this sort of work.
