Ice Ice Baby

It's a late start to the curling season at Hamilton this year but the ice is being put down at last. This is not a quick job. It takes almost 3 weeks to prepare curling ice.

There had been a serious cooling plant failure just before the end of last season and the fix was anything but straightforward. Walking in to a cold rink today and seeing the new ice pad taking shape was a great feeling.
