Penshaw Monument

A wet start to the day but we set off to visit Ushaw Historic  Chapels and . gardens.  After coffee we walked through the beautiful chapels then around the gardens.   A picnic lunch and a visit to the  Penshaw Country Park. J&S climbed up to the Monument.
