Blossoms in the Park

It has been a very cold day, with the top temperature of +9C.  We have had a few snowflakes falling this morning, but they didn't settle.

I have nice stroll into town, through Wanaka Station Park, which is where I got this photo.  It is sheltered in the park, so the wind hasn't blown away the petals.  When I got into town, I joined Piano Lady and The Tuner for a cuppa and scone.  Always nice to see them for a catch up chat.  

I have had the fire going all day, so am snug and warm.  The weather should improve in the morning, so looking forward to that.
