Mass casualty training

Today our hospital took part in a Mass casualty training. The accident was supposed to be an airplane crash. More than 400 people took part, airport staff, rescue team, The Red Cross team, hospital staff and many other. I was working in the lab and when the training was over I went to the emergency department and took a few pictures. This young man was supposed to have lost his arm. Hopefully we never have to use this training in real life.
