October Field Trip

Ellie's preschool hosted a trip to the Pumpkin Patch today. It was nice for us because the farm is closer to us than her preschool and we didn't have to be there until 30 minutes later. Can you tell I am not a morning person?

Ellie had fun; her favorite friend today was Eliot, and he joined her in this photo. There were lots of animals on the farm; many of them had babies. We went on a hay ride to the field where the children could pick a pumpkin to take home. Then the children enjoyed the play area with an easy maze, long slide, rope web climbing, and pumpkin smash. Parents or grandparents had time to visit with each other. Thankfully, the weather was cool but no rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be hot again.
