Calendar work

And so, on a blustery wet and Autumnal day i set about another calendar shoot, today the turn of chilli jam.
Back in the day, when i  could walk and run my business, i developed and made a range of products, many of which derived from wild ingredients. This one however, did not but the recipe is. I am after a Chef foremost after all.
Rebecca now does all the cooking, and as i had written the recipe down years ago, she did a super job of following.
We grow our own chillies, as can be seen from extras, so it was a natural progression to do a calendar not to sell, just for us and friends & family
Not sure yet if this will make it as we have more products than months.
