The flood, Sydney Park

It's official. All records broken for this being the wettest year. Going stir crazy, I ventured out at about 5 pm. The paths in Sydney Park were streams, beside them small rivers. But it did stop raining and an hour later the flood waters had subsided. I was still glad of my waterproof boots. More rain expected on the weekend.

This photo shows the fence around the oval and the rain-crrated lake beside it, with some abstract enhancements. There were even water birds.

Extra - dogs playing in the same water. It wasn't just these two either.
