5 mins in the sunshine...

...in the garden this afternoon brought a little solace on a difficult day. Had to call doc out for Patient No 1 (bruised ribs after a fall), so one patient in bed upstairs, and one downstairs, with me running up and down between the two of them. And still no overnight carers available...
