Quince..

Quince or is it quinces? Lynne very kindly gave me these today. I have never tried cooking them before so it will be interesting. I believe they turn pink or red when cooked. I will try some quince marmalade. Apparently the very first marmalade was made of quince, and the Spanish word for quince is marmalada did you know!
You will see how I get on!
