Charity Walk

Tomorrow 2 friends and I will walk 26 miles around the "Shotley Peninsula" to raise money for the "Help the Heroes", this charity has been set up to help support wounded British service personel returning injured from various conflicts around the world.

We have estimated that the walk will take approx 12 hours and will be completed in one day, the route will follow footpaths but if these are missing we will continue over fields.( no roads will be used)

The walk will not be supported on the day, water and supplies for the walk will be carried by each of us.
We hope to raising about £1000 and if we can scrounge any more during the walk we will.
I will blip how we got on tomorrow.

PS: I am ex RAF one of the other guys is ex Army.
