Life advice in a Glasgow pub

McSorleys pub offers some life coaching. The additional photo is of some advice in neon (also in the bar) i.e. "Gie it laldy". For the uninitiated this translates as (roughly) ' don't hold back' or 'give it everything'.... wise words
