Spring

I spent the morning and lunch catching up with an old friend and then this afternoon had a bit of a nap (for that read long sleep!). After a reviving cup of tea I then went down to St. Nicholas Park to take some photos. I took lots of shots of the swans and ducks on the river but none of them quite passed muster.

The flower beds are in full bloom and looked gorgeous in the afternoon sun today. This is my favourite shot of them. I love the vibrant colours.
