Red kite

Went out to lunch with a friend. As we were getting in the car spotted the kite swooping quite low. Phone doesn’t do it justice. It looks so far away but in fact was swooping low.
Her daughter had breast cancer some years ago and was declared free. But there was cancer in the reconstruction tissue and it has come back . This time it is terminal but she has been given 10 years.. I hope it is that long or longer as she has a young family, twins 8 and a 12 yr old boy.
Life can be a bummer at times
