Quite a busy day , teaching 2 yoga classes and also getting my mums rosewood dining table and chairs moved by The man with a Van. The table looks beautiful.
I’ve exciting news that I’ve booked to go to India to complete the 2 week practical part of my Ayurveda Level 1 Therapy Training. The institute is up the the Himalayas - in McLeodganj , where His Holiness the Dalai Lama lives in exile .
