The Belmont Filmhouse

Not my planned blip but learnt this evening that Aberdeen’s only independent cinema has closed. The Belmont Filmhouse. We enjoyed many movies at the Belmont which also had a decent cafe and bar. A victim of Covid and the cost of living crisis I’m afraid. A big loss to the city.
