Finally a Kingfisher …

…. just as I was about to leave the hide at our end of Lake Geneva, what a gift! Years of hoping to see one and he came back to his perch with a fish (extra) several times in the 5 minutes before I had to leave! Just below his perch were two Snipes (extra) very rare birds for Switzerland, to see them together was very exciting. What a great start to what is about to be a very wet weekend.
