A regatta-less Thames

This morning my two siblings and I went to visit Uncle Bob, who isn't our uncle though I can't remember offhand what the relationship is! He lives in a lovely house in a gated development near Bray with his grandson and is coming up to his 99th birthday.

We had a great chat and a cuppa and after a couple of hours went on to Henley, where our family comes from. After lunch in a local pub we had a wander up to Henley Bridge - my Blip is of the Thames Regatta course - and then called in to see a friend of the family who is a mere girl at 86!
