Flower Friday

A  lovely surprise blip meet this afternoon, with Suejay50, Chantler63, her hubby J, and Pepper their lovely dog, which being a Blip meet involved Cake and coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Also a pleasant walk along the river Caen at Velator.

This morning I was was at my aerobics class, attempting to get my feet in the right order of a new routine! All great fun! Cosmos flower from my garden when I got back home
