Went blood lab first thing. Unfortunately usual restaurant for recovery breakfast was shut. The boulanger had yables and also did coffee do was ok.

Lovely day so went big park and ealked along the river. Dog instructions clear but no bags or bins as in more usual approach.

Failed to get cardiac appt. State pension arrived on new bank account! First success. Phoned about work pension and they will have to await it being sent back from old bank in order to reissue.

By the time I could sit down to eat it was 16h. So it was beans on toast in the garden.
