Superheroes of all ages!

This weekend is 'New Wine' in Guernsey. Which is .....A weekend of worship, Bible teaching and prayer ministry for all ages, not to be missed! We see people from across the island coming together in worship, for teaching and to receive ministry. There was also opportunity to make use of the facilities at the school (where it is being held) including swimming and the indoor rock-climbing wall. Hundreds of people from varying denominations join together for this and it's a great weekend.
Our son and daughter in law head up part of the children's work as seen here. Our son is the bear and Miss America is our daughter in law. Tim was Dash (as was our grandson) from 'The Incredibles' before he changed to be the bear! The whole theme was Superheroes and made the comparison as to how Jesus can be our Superhero and enables us to do things which without him would be tough. It was a great morning and there's more tomorrow! On the Sunday morning there are a lot more children and there are various age groups. All hampers and the band were dressed as Superheroes!
