Windmill Turbine Tour

It was quite interesting and our guide Bruce was fun.  He was a retired lawyer from Chicago, he and his wife ran these tours and he was having a really good time with it.  We realized very soon in we were on the same side politically as we discussed climate, weather etc.  

We arrived in Palm Spring barely able to see.  The mountains here are 10,000 feet in elevation and very close by but were barely visable because of the duststorm Arizona had, blew this way into California.  

Our hotel is old but cute.  We spent time in the pool late afternoon.  I erased a lot of photos, too much dust.  Our purpose for this trip??  Tomorrow is my 70th birthday!  :-)
