A reunion at Hintlesham Hall, Part I

Today we said goodbye to our guests A & D until next Monday and shortly afterwards set out for Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk for a reunion with friends from Mr MC's peer group at university.  I have written before about how the 50 year reunion was cancelled  in 2020 due to the pandemic and how  subsequently  just a very few of us met one year later at The New Road Hotel, just opposite the London Hospital for a very mini reunion.
We have previously met at The Swan Lavenham, but this year they couldn't accommodate our needs so we've found this new and lovely venue.  The 15 of us who gathered here  have decided that due to the passing of years(!), we should meet yearly rather than every 5 or 10 and this beautiful hotel would be an excellent place to meet.
