The Rain Sweeps Past

Went in past to catch up with my Mum in the care home.  She was mightily impressed with the gifts we brought her from afar.  She then spent a preternatural amount of time speaking about insoles; she never once mentioned risoles.
 
A surprise guest arrived today.  Neil visited.  He has stayed all of his years (so far) in the parish.  He has never travelled outwith Orkney.  He has never visited any of the Orkney Isles, he’s never been over the barriers to the southern parish. 
 
He knows everything that’s going on the parish.
