Back in the saddle

My daughter and I got the bikes out for the first time in ages this afternoon. 8 miles in 50.minutes. Hardly Tour de France standard, not even Tour de Chobham,  but enjoyable nevertheless. And that was on top of having my flu jab this morning and spending 2 hours helping my wife at the allotment.
