Smoked Eggs

A very peaceful night in the van before waking up to a beautiful morning.
Breakfast at the market in Skibbereen, along with picking up some dinner essentials.
A pretty warm day in the garden finished off with some pizza. I tried an egg on one today, with rocket once out of the oven, it worked very well. I also made some smoked aubergine and garlic dip, smoking the aubergines and tomatoes in the Kamado style cooker.
