New book

Started this today and it's another gripping story.
Not done a lot today.
Got the washing out and dried which was good as I hate drying it inside.
Went to mum's this afternoon but although I rang the bell a few times, nobody answered. Perhaps she was in bed having a nap.
Nipped to post a birthday card then called in a couple of shops before going home and doing a little in the garden - it was just a little!
Terry put the food out for the hedgehogs and told me at least one must have been last night. He was back in the kitchen and about to call me to tell me there was a greenfinch at the feeders in the far back garden (which he just filled up with sunflower hearts) when I unwittingly went down that way and scared it off :(
