Saturday …

Up early for club - lost 3.5lbs this week, going in the right direction.

Late morning had my covid booster - long queue at tge GP surgery, very organised with volunteers (marshals and injectors (they were St Johns Ambulance)).

Noticed the flower in the front garden, making the most of showing its head to the sun (see extra).

Strictly good tonight - I think the public will vote on popularity rather than dancing.

Film tonight - Lightyear - (the film that made the toy that Andy had) - good children's film. Fancied a light film (in case i fell asleep - which I didn’t).
