Reservoir

Today has been surprisingly busy (in very nice ways). Yoga, a stint of housework, a dog walk with friends around the reservoir, then an early evening swim with H.

The tide was coming in fast, our usual place looked a bit rough so we went in off the flat beach. It was gorgeous out there, but we mistimed our swim in, and a massive wave broke right over our heads. We couldn’t stop laughing (and spluttering salt water!).

Needed a hot bath after that. Tried out a new Indian restaurant that’s opened locally, with friend I tonight.
