Sailing was cancelled today due to too much wind. Or in true British Rail fashion, the wrong sort of wind...

It was apparently blowing 20 knots and gusting to 40. I certainly had trouble keeping my hat on. Fortunately the decision was made before I donned my wet suit.

Although my sailing prowess is developing only steadily, I can report that due to a strict practice and rehearsal schedule, my 'donning wetsuit' time has dropped quite considerably. I think it is my new wiggling/twisting/ducking/diving technique paying dividends.
