A tough ride

Today my club was involved in a charity ride. You had to make a donation to participate. The charity is LI Cares, a local Long Island food bank. It was a windier day than anticipated and the head ones were tough. I managed to to go over a pot hole and of course after years of no flats, I got a flat. I am still feeling my legs at the end of the day. We had some nice views though..
