Run before work

What a difference a good night's sleep makes. Keely has slept through 2 consecutive nights (and also no mishaps in the house:-) ). So I thought since it's cool and Keely is very happy in her crate in the van Dina and I would take the opportunity to go for a run and practice running in harness for next weekends race. Gosh she is such a strong dog and once she is in harness she off. I had to unclip her in the middle mile as my poor legs didn't know what had hit them.
