Gawd Love a Duck!

As my Nan used to say :o)

Woke up with an earthquake going on in my head that turned out to be a heck of a migraine - I stayed in bed until 1pm and only weapons grade painkillers got me moving.

It was a shame as the best of the day was in the morning apparently.

After much doing of nothing, as the day turned I was feeling a bit more human and we headed for a circuit of the tarn to get a bit of fresh air in my lungs.

And of course what else is going to make you feel better than ducklings :o)

Works for me anyway!!!
