Where there's life ..

A couple of bright sunny days have encouraged new flowers to open on the buddleia.

Thanks to all who have been following my annus horibilis which began with a botched cataract surgery back in May, then the big one, losing my husband in August and now this current bout of illness. This last one is down to the stress of bereavement, in my doctor's opinion. As a person who never gets ill, it's been tough to take.

I've finally made the decision to take the flight from Heathrow to Brisbane (via Singapore then Sydney). Any positive thoughts and energy gratefully received. I am fortunate to have caring neighbours here in Northampton and lovely neighbours in Brisbane also. People can be amazing.
