Royal Oldham Hospital

This morning I went for my second Covid booster jab. It was a Spikevax Bivalent, which sounds to me like the name of a villain in a superhero movie.

The injection was not administered in this attractive crescent-shaped building, which is the hospital's Education Centre. Instead it was in a rambling old house, whose entrance was almost completely obscured by scaffolding. Potential vaccinees (if that is a word) have to be very determined to find their way in.
