Unknown

I have no idea what this plant is. The green looks like a cone, but the yellow balls are strange.  It was included in a ready-made bouquet I bought.
Please tell me, if you know.

Honeycombebeach, Mrs HCB, is a star. She found the name for this. It is 
Berzelia intermedia or in English Common Coppice Kolkol.
