Underneath the Haunches

Drove over to Skipton this morning.
Kitty, her friend , Dad and bother sister have to to the rides at Blackpool because it’s her birthday today : 13 so all five grandchildren are teenagers.
Rebecca stayed at home and we took Ronnie for a long walk in the woods the dropped down to the canal and into Skipton .
High Street closed to traffic because there was an artisan fair on.
We bought some lunch from the Real Bread Cooperative.
Then after we took Ronnie home we went to Ilkley Cinema to see the National Theatre Live performance of Jack Absolute Flies Again, brilliant.
Back at Rebecca’s and waiting for the birthday girl to come home.
Very nice dinner and chocolate cake to look forward to.
