Early start to take Liz's sis to airport, Home to take Léo out for a stroll and the took myself out for a little run  - 33k with 2*35 mins at marathon pace which was sort of ok. So Nice marathon in 3 weeks maybe a reality. Just got to reserve my place and book flghts, hotel etc,
