Not on a Sunday

We had a drive over to Ridgmont Heritage Station today on the Marston Vale Community Railway Line.
Unfortunately the heritage centre isn’t open on a Sunday. Neither do trains run on a Sunday. But the vintage tea room in the 1846 Victorian former station building was open and we sat outside as it was quite mild. Had a good toasted sandwich and cuppa. Took some pictures of the different bits and pieces there, and then home.
They had a better example of a Victorian wall version postbox, so I’ve put a collection of the bits and pieces in extras, but liked the view of the line towards Bedford best as my main blip.
Would have been even better if I could have got a train hurtling towards me though!
