(282) Slight Return

Tubeless tyres really need to be used straight away to distribute the sealant around the inside of the tyre. No, really, honestly, it's a fact. That was my excuse/reason for getting back on the bike for the first time in six weeks. I managed a couple of miles on a local cycle path before my arm reminded me that I'm not quite back at 100% yet.
