When J realised Mr C was away this weekend she tried to sort something out for my birthday (a spa day it turns out) but was unable to book anywhere. Instead we went for a walk to Ruby’s favourite place, Ripley. It so happened that the farmers market was on too so we had a little walk round there first. Me getting some delicious homemade curry bits for Lucy and my dinner this evening and J picked up some other bits too.  We had a nice walk and stopped in the village after for tea sitting in the glorious sunshine.  A lot of the shops had their windows painted (extra) too.
