Palermo Parking Permit

A man guarded this pink chair immediately adjacent to where we were eating dinner one evening in Palermo. Eventually a Beamer cruised up the street, and the man jumped up to shift the pot plants to allow the gent to park there. Some money changed hands and the parking attendant disappeared inside, his job done for the night.

Parking is at a premium in Palermo.
