I had my Covid-19 booster today; I was glad to have it and I applaud the people who make it possible – it must be a monotonous job. No side-effects so far, although the site on my arm was quite painful for a few minutes. However, it seemed a real shame that I had to drive 25 miles, to Wincanton Community Hospital, to get it.
On the other hand, at least it's not at a racecourse, the result of whatever shady deal the Health Secretary might have struck as a chum of racing – our last PCR test had to be posted at Wincanton racecourse for Randox to collect . . .
