Urban Decay

A beautiful day of autumn sunshine after an awful nights sleep! A morning meeting at the U3A before heading back over the river. I headed to M&S first for a few bits and pieces then popped in to see Mum who is back over in the care home for a couple of weeks respite whilst my sister is away.

Once home and the shopping was put away a little domestic goddessing ensued before I took an afternoon stroll. Managed to do a full turn of the prom for the first time and my step count is heading towards 10k for the day…my foot is being rested this evening!

My blip was found along the road…a garage door which has definitely seen better days.
