Dreamy

Unfortunately yesterday I didn't blip as I ran out of time due to being late home from work. grrr....

However, today was different. We went for a lovely 4 mile walk from Clifford Chambers across fields to Atherstone-on-Stour and on to Preston-on-Stour. There we found the small village shop and cafe was open so treated ourselves to coffees and a shared piece of carrot cake.

Suitably replenished we carried on through the village and eventually back to Clifford via very quiet lanes and well worn footpaths with glorious views across the Warwickshire plain.

Surprising number of flowers still out, including the ones I've blipped, in the cottage gardens we passed by. So nice to see. I own up to giving it a dreamy soft focus effect in Adobe Lightroom.
