Autumn

I had a wonderful walk and chat with Sarah and learned a lot from her while enjoying the Autumn morning sun in Kelvingrove Park.

I had a productive day, 2 sessions with Shari, got my office tidied and the bed freed up for Giles when he comes here for a night.

Wrote a wee shoot plan for Thursday and am now ready for the couch.
