Coming away from where we were parked at Garden centre I spotted some unmistakable "Shaggy Ink-caps."
SO
I thought - "Get some!" If I'm lucky they'll be edible; if I'm not I can grab some to spill on the back, &/or front grass in hope.

As it happens I got both. Some black & inky, some nice and edible.

Consigned to Pan --> chopped a bit more + Ramsons ex-Freezer + Eggs = Omelette -->First 100% successful flip of any omelette --> Successful voyage to plate, thence to Tum...
