Best laid plans

The planned early dinner was abandoned as everywhere was full! I’d overlooked the fact that whilst it was a regular work day for me, lots of other people were clearly making the most of today’s national holiday. The city was chock-a block.

On the bright side, I’ve now made enough Korean noodles to last me into next week ;)
